How long do I heat rare pork loin to re-heat?!

Question: How long do I heat rare pork loin to re-heat?
I have an overly rare Pork Loin. I'm cutting slices and re-heating it to get it to the white color and re-heat it at the same time. Should I do this in the frying pan or toaster over? For how long?

i would seer it in a well oiled or non stick frying pan if it is sliced. it it's still in a roast form, put it in the toaster oven. you really need a thermometer to see if it's done. i would cook a piece of pork at three fifty for twenty to twenty five minutes a pound. never eat raw pork.

You don't actually need to cook pork completely through. Trichonosis is rare these days. That being said, it doesn't matter how long you do it, its going to be leathery. I would say avoid the microwave because that will dry it out. Frying pan wouldn't be bad for like a minute per side or less depending on how thick you are cutting it, or just put it back in the oven until its how done you want it to be. like pop on the broiler and do it quickly.

Let it go 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave and see how it is.
