What is the easiest way to cook raw pork chops?!

Question: What is the easiest way to cook raw pork chops?
I have 5 boneless butterfly cut pork chops. I want to make them tasty but also not take me forever to cook. I would like something simple and easy. Any ideas?

I like to bake mine with rice and canned mushroom soup. Then all you have to figure out is the vegetable side.

sort of like this, but with regular rice?

I hope you have some onions, because this makes the BEST gravy!

4 to 6 Pork chops
2 medium to large raw onions peeled and sliced into rings
Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic works best)
Garlic Powder/Salt/Pepper to taste

In a large high sided frying pan with lid, place the raw onion slices on the bottom of the pan, spread out to form a bed of rings. Pace the raw steaks on top. Sprinkle Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper on the raw steaks. Spread a can of Mushroom soup over the steaks. Add about 1/3 of a can of water (no more than that). Cook on the stove covered for one hour. I usually bring it to a boil the first five minutes then back it down to low or medium low for most of the hour. Just enough to cause slow, steady bubbles in the soup mixture — but not a rapid boil. Great served with mashed potatoes as the mixture makes a great gravy.

Note, don’t use the garlic powder if you use Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic.

Here's a few tips to consider:

A. You could season them with spices in the form of a dry rub consisting of: Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika.

B. You could heat up a large skillet on medium heat and then panfry them in a little olive oil. OR

C. You could bake or broil them.
*Bake @ 375 x15-20 min. on the middle rack (you can add some sliced apples to the bottom of your oiled baking pan and put the pork chops on top. Sliced pears will work too)
* Broil @ 500 under the boiler x5-7 min. since they are boneless. Just check on them frequently so they don't overcook and dry out.

Season them with salt and pepper, brown in a hot oven safe pan with some butter for no more than five minutes each side, put pan in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, remove and serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie... yum!
