Popcorn - 6 ounces of unpopped popcorn equals how many popped cups?!

Question: Popcorn - 6 ounces of unpopped popcorn equals how many popped cups?
Looking at buying a commerical popcorn machine which pops 6 ounces of unpopped kernels at a time. Does anyone know how many cups of popped popcorn that would make? Thanks!

Answers:

Each tablespoon roughly holds about a half ounce of unpopped popcorn. Each tabelspoon of unpopped popcorn roughly cookes up a little over 1 cup of popcorn.

You will have 12-13 cups of popped popcorn if you cook the 6 ounces of popcorn.
