How long and on what temp. do I cook boneless ribs?!

Question: How long and on what temp. do I cook boneless ribs?
Also, should I use a rub (if you have a good, simple recipe) or should I just use bbq sauce (if so when do I smother the ribs)? I'm new at this. Any help will be much appreciated.

Wow! It's funny this question is up because my hubby & I just made the BEST ribs ever. We followed this recipe to the t and they turned out A+. Try it! Also, you may have to wait until tomorrow to eat them because they need to soak for a few hours in the bbq sauce.
