That's Tiramisu for shure.
Its Italian finger biscuits soaked in cappuccino and a little cognac. Mascarpone cheese creme and topped with dark chocolate, grated.
Life does not get much better than enjoying a dessert like that.
How many layers you have with biscuits and creme you decide. depends on what you arrange it in.

it looks like tiramisu. I don't have a recipe for it, but allrecipes.com has 2 good ones, they both have really high ratings.
