Can I freeze breaded, COOKED, homemade chicken nuggets?!

Question: Can I freeze breaded, COOKED, homemade chicken nuggets?
This is the recipe I intend to use:

If you think I need to change recipes, that's fine. I have thawed-out chicken breasts that I need to cook, but we won't be home tonight to eat them.

(If it's better, I can REFRIGERATE them, and eat them for lunch tomorrow? Should I just do everything except cook them tonight?)

Answers:

Yes. Bread and deep fry (cook etc) the nuggest so that they are 3/4 of the way done. Then, let them cool for 5 minutes and freeze them. When it's time to serve, put em back in the fryer and finish them off. (Make sure they are cooked thru by cutting one open).

You can freeze them, I do this all the time. Just put them in a ziploc freezer bag and use them up within a couple of weeks (they get freezer burned if they aren't vacuumed sealed). If you want to you can refrigerate them, but you don't have to (freezing works just as well). I would cook them thoroughly in either case.

of course you can.
You can buy breaded cooked chicken nuggets in the store, there is nothing special about them that would make them more freezable than your delicious homemade ones.

they should last about a week in the fridge if they are fully cooked
