What can i bake..or even make with Over riping bananas?!

Question: What can i bake..or even make with Over riping bananas?
Checked the cupboard and i'm out of Baking power/Soda....that sucks...i'd really like to try banana bread...but i'm up for anything...no milkshakes..unless they're THAT good..but i'd prefer to bake or cook something with common kitchen ingredients. Thanks a bunch

Do you happen to have cake mix in your cupboard? If so, banana cake is great! Mash the bananas and measure out their volume with a measuring cup. Make the cake mix according to the box directions, except substitute 2 parts banana for 1 part of water, according to the directions on the box. For example, if the box calls for 2 1/2 cups of water, and you have 2 cups of crushed banana, you will use 1 1/2 cups of water.

Add one teaspoon of cinnamon and half a teaspoon each of nutmeg and allspice, and 1/4 a teaspoon each of clove and ginger.

Mix a tablespoon of cinnamon into 1/2 cup of sugar and use the cinnamon sugar to coat an oiled cake pan (a fluted or "bundt" pan, if you have one). If it is a fluted pan, take out 1/4 cup of the batter and mix it with 1/4 cup of either pancake syrup or corn syrup (either dark or light), plus one teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour the batter/syrup mixture in a thin line on top of the batter all the way around the circle of the pan, halfway between the sides. If you don't have a fluted pan, just sprinkle the top with cinnamon.

Bake according to package directions. You can eat it unfrosted, or frost it with white frosting sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.

If you don't have cake mix, make a simple frozen dessert by mashing the bananas and mixing one part milk into 2 parts bananas. Add about a tablespoon of sugar for every cup of the mixture. Mix in walnuts and chocolate chips, if you have any. Freeze overnight, and scoop out like ice cream.

No milkshakes?! But chocolate-banana milkshakes are amazing! Mix a banana in with a lot oh choc. ice cream, some milk, and choc. syrup. It's awesome.

You could also make banana bread or muffins.
