Quick conversion help?!

Question: Quick conversion help?
I'm making Macaroons later (The French kind, not coconut) and the recipe I want to use is metric. I don't have time to convert it, so I was wondering if anyone could assist me. I'm using this recipe by the way (http://violetlebeaux.com/2010/03/the-epic-macaron-adventure-continues-with-a-recipe-d/)

65 grams Almond Meal
80 grams Icing Sugar
40 grams Caster Sugar
1 table spoon Cocoa Powder
50 grams Egg White at room temperature

You really need to make macaroons by weight not by 'cups/teaspoons' etc.

I'm a chef, trust me, if you want success you need to follow the recipe to the gram. Macaroons are the fussiest things on planet earth to make!!! But once you crack it, you'll be a princess!
