If you can get a frozen pie crust, I would peel and cut your potatoes, season with seasoning of your choice, and pre cook them, I prefer to bake, with a little butter. Crack enough eggs in a bowl, and whisk as if you were making scrambled eggs. Pour into pie crust, add potatoes, peas, and tomato slices, then bake at 350 till your eggs are cooked through. May have to put a bit of tin foil around the edge of crust to keep it from over browning. And now you have a quiche.

Hi, I consider myself as an amateur chef of sorts, to the point where I like to intrude my mother's kitchen to prove my talents! :) I've learned so much from asking her questions, as well as searching the Internet for recipes and cooking techniques. This isn't my profession, however I do sometimes think about it, but I really do like the creativity of making tasty dishes.
I have found some good books that will help you in your journey (listed below), which I believe will be of tremendous help to you. Best of luck.
