Does anyone have recipie for Kobari Beef?!
I love Panda Express Kobari Beef stir fry. I'd like to try to make a healthier lower calorie version at home, but all my searching has not turned up any recipes at all. Even the Food Net Work had no recipes. Did Panda Express invent the work "Kobari"?

I'm not sure what Kobari beef is, and I've never heard it in any context outside of Panda Express. However, as soon as I saw that word, I thought of Primal Grill with Steve Raichlen. I thought he did an episode with kobari beef, so I looked it up. What I thought was kobari beef was actually kalbi kui. I would definitely give it a try if I were you. Here's a link to the recipe:
