hate fish pie get a takeaway

what sort of topping has it got (potato or pastry?) Defrost either way and if it's potato cook on about 150 degrees till hot through then grate cheese on top and stick back in oven at 200 till the cheese melts and starts to crisp (usually 10- 15 mins)
If it's pastry, cover top with foil then bake as above but about halfway through, take out and remove foil, brush top with beaten egg and the pastry will come up nicely

Cook straight from frozen at 200degrees from half an hour to 45 minutes depending on size.Put a knife into the centre to check it is piping hot right through.
You cannot cook it on 'defrost' as this may give you a bad tummy - heating slowly is not good.

Put it in the oven (from frozen) at about 170 C for about 40 minutes. Take it out and see if it is piping hot all the way through. If not put back in the oven and check every 10 minutes or so.

No need to defrost. I would Pre-heat oven to 200 and cook for approx 50 mins depending on size. Check food is piping hot before eating

cook from frozen in the oven , it will probably take about 45 mins depending on the size

experience!

Pre heat the over and pop it in frozen for about 30 minutes - grate some cheese on the top and put back in the oven for another 15 mins! PERFECT mmm ;)
