This one appeals to me.
Chocolate Mousse Pie
1 9-inch prepackaged pie crust

1 1.4-ounce package of sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding mix

1 2/3 cups fat-free milk

1 8-ounce container of fat-free whipped topping, divided

2 tablespoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pie crust according to package directions. Remove from oven and cool thoroughly.
In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk. Fold half (4 ounces) of whipped topping into pudding mixture and fold until fully blended.
Spread pudding mixture into pie crust and top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.

why an appetite at night, your eating should be over and done with by 7 o'clock. The body does not process food very well late at night, and you may feel full in the morning. Change your eating habits, no late night snacks, and a good healthy breakfast.

I am diabetic also, when you eat is as important as what you eat (well, nearly)

To satisfy my sweet tooth I have cottage cheese with apple sauce or toherr fruits. Or plain greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit.

Not only will the protiens help fill you up, but as you know they are good to help balance out sweets and keep your blood sugar from dropping to low at night.

Greek yogurt, walnuts, shaved almonds & sugar free granola or add a small amount of banana & then through it in the freezer for a bit....sooo good.

Sugar Free Jello. Replace the water with Club Soda for a sparkly Jello!

Dune's recipe sounds very good me, i think i will give it a try myself
