What are you making? For poultry sage and rosemary are lovely. Beef - tarragon, marjoram, parsley basil all go well. I love olive oil rosemary with a bit of dried chili on fish. Be creative. Go for it!

it really does depend on what your making. in any cooking recipes (not including cakes and pastries) you should use olive oil, when dealing with cakes you should use margarine or vegetable cooking oil.
even lard, mayo and avocados are good replacements.
now you havent specified why you CANT use butter. are you allergic? are you on a diet? if you are, then you want a less fatty substitue, like for baking cakes, omit half the butter, and use yogurt for the part you omited, or use a puured fruit- preferably apple.
if its cooking try ading spices and herbs such as basil, oregano, parsley, thyme rosemary, paprika... they all add lots of flavour.

if you need to grease a sheet try cooking spray, or mazola oil with some flour.
good luck!!

I use Mrs. Dash... Depends on what you are making, for soups, I use thyme, bay leave, dried onion power, garlic powder, a little cayenne pepper. For Italian I use dried basil, parsley, oregano, or buy the premixed Italian seasoning. Rosemary is good for meats. Just experiment with different herbs you'll find what you like. **** luck and happy cooking!

Of course it depends upon what you are making. However, there is a whole wide wonderful world of herbs and spices. Fresh dried there are many. Be creative try differant ones. Rosemary sage parsley thyme. Try them all.

I use olive oil a lot (extra virgin) because it has healthy monounsaturated fats which lower the risk of heart disease, and something called LO salt which tastes the same but is 66% less sodium.

Butter is NOT a seasoning.Salt & pepper are seasonings. If you are cooking a savoury dish you can add your choice of herbs,if its sweet add spices.

Garlic herb seansoning salt/free.

It depends upon what you are making... but extra-virgin olive oil should do the trick.

depends on what you are making for veg. Mrs. Dash works great

What are you making?
