A one dish skillet of keilbasa, red potato, onion and cabbage.

Home made chili...goes good on baked potatoes, hot dogs, corn bread....

Stir fry and fried rice

At my house it's typically:
- Traditional pasta and meatballs and tomatoe sauce. All homemade. Sometime's we'll melt some packeged cheese on it in the microwave, or use shredded cheese
-Spaghetti with with chopped green beans, red peppers, onions seasoned with garlic and black pepper
-Rice with baked chicken or fish filets with a homemade stew

Tonight it'll probably be home made fries with baked chicken. Healthy, no. Tasty yes!

Tonight I'm making homemade burritos, red rice cheese dip and a couple crunchy taco's
last night it was deer steak, potatoes, collard greens
some other meals are stewed chicken
Roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans
shrimp linguine, garlic bread, green beans or asparagus
grilled chicken or steaks, baked potato and texas toast

Panko-crusted baked chicken breasts or fish filets. I typically have another pan with a veg go in half way through the baking time of the protein

Shrimp stir fry is another standard

I've also been tweaking Chicken & Dumplings to make it an easy, weeknight meal and am pretty close

My personal favorite is the green chili chicken enchiladas! Here is the recipe...
