most any grocery store that sells baking products will carry cake flour, which is what you want.

Most of the time pastry flour is called cake flour. It is flour that contains the lowest amount of gluten, as compared to all purpose and bread flours. This makes the food less chewy and more airy.

You can buy it in most stores, though it doesn't usually come in a bag like other flours.

You can also buy it on amazon

Hope this helps

My regular grocery store sells it--same aisle as the regular bleached/unbleached flour.
