Amish Friendship Bread Cheat?!

Question: Amish Friendship Bread Cheat?
I've made Amish Friendship Bread before and followed the directions as they are not too hard. The problem is I am going on vacation and want to take some bread with me but we are leaving on day 7. Since the starter is in essence the same as the final product, just smaller, couldn't I bake after adding the flour, milk and sugar on day 6? I just don't know the measurements and how much to take out for future starters, if anything. Help? Recipe is below.
Directions:
Day 1: Do nothing with the 1 C starter
Day 2 - 5: Mix the starter
Day 6: Add 1 C each sugar, milk and flour and mix the starter
Day 7 - 9: Mix the starter
Day 10: Add 1 C each sugar, milk and flour and mix
THEN take out 3 separate cups to give away to friends. You are left with ???? amount left to make the bread with. My recipe says "a little over a cup" To this you add:
1 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 - (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding (big one)
1/2 tsp salt

yes I have given this at times to so many friends. and ran out because once you have made it a lot you get tired of doing it all the time.
so all you do is take out 3 one cup starters and put them in a zip-lock freezer bag( one cup in each separate bags) and then when you want to make more just bring out ,let thaw and either do the baking or start to feed it again.
I have made up several of the cup starters and baked them and froze them as well
