A sandwich with tuna.
First of all you must open the canned tuna for the child. Cut the tuna into pieces.
Cut slices of tomatoes.
Wash lettuce leaves.
Slices of white sandwiches.
Finally assemble all the ingredients together.
It's really good to eat. It contains all the vitamins and nutrients such as for tuna--proteins.

-Almond butter/Peanut butter and banana on whole wheat bread; optional drizzle of honey
-Turkey cold cuts with tomato, light cheese, and baby spinach/romaine lettuce on whole wheat bread.

These are two healthy sandwiches. For the turkey option, you may use any cold cuts, preferably poultry. I choose turkey instead of chicken because it's leaner.

kids are not allowed in the kitchen. they are especially not allowed any knives even butter knives or spreaders.

so kids cannot make sandwiches. this is obvious from the number of kids asking for recipes for sandwiches.
