Oh I miss Morrison's. I'm back in the US and there are some things I truly regret leaving. I don't have the one you are looking for - but do have this one. Sorry, I wish I could help more.

5oz corned beef
? can baked beans
4oz puff pastry
plain flour, to dust
1 egg, beaten

1. oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. Mix the corned beef and baked beans together in a large bowl and then place into an ovenproof dish.
3. Roll the pastry out on a floured surface and cut into a large disc, big enough to cover the dish. Use the pastry to top the dish and then brush with egg wash.
4. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and risen.

Hi Darren,

I have been reliably informed that the pasties/pies etc are purchased by morrisons frozen. They then just cook them on site. This means that you would have to find out who supplies Morrisons with the frozen goods in the first place, before you could find the recipe.

Hope this helps in some small way, good luch in your seach :)
