I'm having a Steak and Cheese Sandwich. You didn't ask for the recipe but I ma gonna give it to ya anyway. Here it goes...

You will need:
1/4 cup Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 cup parsley sprigs, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 loaf French bread, split lenghtwise
1 lb. beef sirloin steak
3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Mix mayo, parsley and garlic. Spread mixture evenly on inside of both bread halves.

Make the steak as you desire, usually I grill it 3 min. on each side. Cut steak into thin slices. Toast bread halves, Dont burn the bread. Place bread on a platter; top bottom half with steak strips. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining bread half. Cut into 6 pieces.

None...That's just the way I roll. lol
