If I don't make Kraft Dinner with the cheese sauce, do I still have to add the milk and butter?!

Question: If I don't make Kraft Dinner with the cheese sauce, do I still have to add the milk and butter?
I'm just making the pasta to put tomato sauce on it. IT wouldn't need milk or butter right?

Answers:

Right the milk & butter are intended to make the cheese sauce.
Their pasta is quick cooking, to leave flour in the water which thickens sauce.

No you don't have to add the milk or butter when using tomato paste. however, sometimes I add a little margarine I just think it enhances the taste.

You are correct. I do that often. The cheese powder (or goop) can be used for other things like on broccoli.

nope. its just pasta right? then nooo
