Answers:

Jacket potato with salad or a stir fry with noodles.

you need potatoes for this, vegetable oil, salt, garlic, ginger ,tomatoes and ketchup, ketchup optional i think.
pour oil in a cooking pressure cooker or frying pan .
add onions chopped .didnt' mention it before q:
add garlic and ginger .
add cut tomatoes
these mentioned above should be in low amount compared to the potato.
then add the potato pieces in it.
after that add water
then add red chilli powder in it,not mentioned before by me too o:
then let it cook for like 5 or 10 mins.
serve it hot and eat it with nan or bread.crispy bread would be very tasty :)
it's a desi dish.
enjoy :)

i modified it a bit tho o:
edit :
if you're not a veggie and got chicken pieces and flour ,then add the chicken piece in the flour and fry it.you're going to get something like a broast that way :)
deep fry it and eat :)

Scrambled eggs with minced olives, sun-dried tomatoes & sauteed onions... with maybe a little spinach. And when it's all cooked, top it off with some tuna tinned in olive oil and capers! Delish!

LOL for some reason. I dont know what food is in your house, but like you say, just choose something quick and low kcal.
