Spring or/and Fall Soups?!


Question: Spring or/and Fall Soups?
Going to have to cook this soup in class. (Taking Hotel Management major in my university)..

Can you guys help out by choosing a soup that i should make?

It will be in a competition among other teams!!

Please don't choose soups that have complicated ingredients...

A magnificent Lobster Bisque. You would rate big time.



This is a Chinese recipe called Raindrop Soup
I'm not sure if this is a spring or fall soup, but it's good.

Ingredients:
1 can water chestnuts
2 scallions
1 tblsp sherry
3 cups chicken stock
6 oz diced cooked chicken
salt and pepper


Directions:
Slice the water chestnuts and slice the spring onions (scallions) finely.
Put these in a sauce pan with the chicken stock and the chicken. Bring
to the boil and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.

Add the sherry and season to taste.
