I want to boil chicken breast tenderloins?!

Question: I want to boil chicken breast tenderloins?
How long should I boil them for? Should I put them in the pot with water from the start, or put them in as the water starts to boil? Please help, lol Thank you so much! Oh And also, in your opinion, which tastes better: Chicken breast tenderloins fried, or baked?

if you are boiling chicken wait till water comes to boil and then put chicken inside water
it will take about 10 minutes to cook
i am assuming you are making chicken salad ?
because boiled chicken is very bland
tenderloins taste better fried ..

if you wish to boil use a frypan and bring liquid to a simmer and add chicken but rather than water I would use broth or juice or wine. They should cook to opaque in about ten minutes. I would use this poaching before frying for health reasons and before baking which could dry them out unless using a casserole with sauce.
