yes u can do that



Mushrooms will dry out from exposure to the air, but peeling the dry outsides isn't really necessary. Depending on the type of mushroom [they all have names, right?] you can bring them back to useful life by wiping them with a damp cloth - like faces, they appreciate a small wash. Proceed thereafter with your recipe. A mushroom absorbs moisture after being picked, so wiping with a damp cloth is much better than submerging them in water or soaking them. Wipe their faces, proceed with your recipe.
