You can make grilled cheese sandwiches. Take white or whole wheat bread put butter, a slice of cheese, Heat up a pan on medium and put some butter on top of the bread and toast them on both sides...

Make French Toast!
Here is the recipe I use

4 eggs
2/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
8 thick slices of 2-day-old bread, its better if its a little stale
Butter
Maple syrup

How to
1 Beat eggs, milk, and cinnamon together.. Whisk until well blended. Pour into a bowl.
2 Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing bread to soak up some of the mixture. Melt some butter (or use vegetable oil) over a large skillet on medium high heat. Add as many slices of bread onto the skillet as will fit at a time. Fry until brown on both sides, flipping the bread when necessary.
3 Serve hot with butter, maple syrup, and if available, berries.

Hi,

Scrambled eggs are easy to make for breakfast. Just crack the eggs into a bowl, scramble them up with a fork or a whisk, add a bit of salt and pepper (I like to add a wee bit of garlic powder too) and add a little milk, whisk it all up and pour into a medium heat frying pan with melted butter in it, and stir them until all is cooked. Serve with toast and some orange juice and that's an easy breakfast.

How about something simple like toast if she isn't feeling great. She might not be up to a full on mean. Simple bowl of cereal perhaps.

Just fix her a sunny-side-up egg and toast with plenty of butter on it and orange juice. Oranges help fight colds and flues :)

try something simple like scrambled eggs and French toast
