Question: What was the salsa crockpot cassorole thing that Rick bayless made on his show last year it looked so good?
It was like a thick salsa and I think it had chicken in it and u scooped it out. And put it on flour tortillas I really want to mAke it for dinner

I don't know what he made, but a friend of mine gave me a terrific crockpot salsa chicken recipe:
Put a whole chicken in the pot (skin on or off, your choice, or you can substitute parts, or even boneless chicken breast, or a turkey breast... I've even done it with a pork loin)
Open a jar of your favorite salsa, and pour it over the chicken.
Put the lid on the pot and let it cook all day on low.
The chicken will be so tender it's falling off the bones, and it's perfect rolled up in tortillas.
