Ham or meat dish I can cook on stovetop? Maybe in Le Creuset?!
We are having some friends over for dinner tonight. I am making a primevera lasagna (alredo sauce instead of red with red/green bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots and red onions) I plan on making a simple salad and garlic bread, but I feel like there should be some sort of meat now that I think about it. The oven will be full so I if I make meat it needs to be on the stove top. I have a Le Creuset pot... could I make a small ham or something in there? I don't want anything that would conflict with the lasagna flavor. Any ideas on what I should make? I don't want something that takes a lot of effort. Thank you all?

How about an antipasto hore'dervre with sliced meats and cheeses? Use italian meats like salami and pepperoni
