Frozen strawberries, juice, yogurt and blend.

A couple of strawberries (3 to 4 will do), the juice of one orange (or two, depending on how juicy they are), a dollop of yoghurt or milk (depending on how liquid/thick you like it), if you're adventurous you can include 1 banana and if you're really *really* out there, also include a couple (say 4) of green seedless grapes. Blend together and off you go.

Smoothies have no science and the idea is to combine fruits with the flavours you like.

Hope this helps.

Something I do, is get a couple bags of frozen fruit (usually strawberries and blueberries) and pour some fruit from each bag into the blender until the blender is half full. Then pour about a cup of water into the blender. Blend until it is completely smooth (if it stops/or jams, add more water). Once that’s done, I pour about 9 little splenda packages into it and blend until it's mixed in. (I add the splenda because I like it to be very sweet).

This usually will make about 2.5 servings.

hope this helps.

This one sounds yummy ~

Ingredients:
4 large strawberries
1 tsp of sugar
1/2 cup of whole milk
1 cup of ice cubes

Directions:
Blend strawberries with milk on low speed till well smooth, than add ice cubes and blend on high. Add sugar and blend on high speed for about 1 minute. The texture should be slushy and smooth.

Enjoy!
