porkloin recipie anyone?!

Question: Porkloin recipie anyone?
Porkloins were on sale today so I bought some but I lost all my recipies so I'm looking for some new ones. My oven is busted but luckily my teacher said I could use the oven at my school to cook my supper so I'm looking for a recipie where I can just get a sauce ready the night before and then just add it to the meat the next day. nothing complicated.
any suggestions?

The recipe says to bring to internal temp of 155 but by then your pork will be dry I prefer to take it to 145 and no higher than 150. In grandma's time pork was much "dirtier" biologically than it is today. It's okay to have a little slight pinkness in the middle of your loin since there is so little fat overdone is not a good thing. I have experimented with this recipe even wrapping the whole thing in bacon and switching the cider reduction to maple syrup (yum) but it's totally up to you! good luck!

Considering the amount of money it costs for a decent meal these days, this can easily translate into hundreds of dollars spent on food each month at the bare minimum!
Of course, there's nothing wrong with spending money on top-class, mouth watering food which gets everyone salivating and craving for more...check this out it can help.

Coat the loin with a purchased or homemade BBQ sauce . Another ides is to use a purchased rub or seasoning like Lawry's or Cookies. Dry Ranch seasoning or dry au jus mix sprinkled on is good. Find those in small packets, probably near salad dressing.
Keep it simple. Doesn't take much to make pork loin tasty.
