I couldn't find any microwave oven chocolate chip cookie recipes but I was able to find something similar to that.
Chocolate Chip Bars
INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
* 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
* 1 egg
* 1 tablespoon milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and walnuts.
Spread into a greased 8-in. square microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 5 minutes or until bars test done, rotating a quarter turn every minute. Cool before cutting.

Ingredients:
1 Mug semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Mug sugar
1/2 Mug white corn syrup
1 Mug salted nuts
1 Tea spoon butter
1 Tea spoon vanilla
1 Tea spoon baking soda
Preparation:
Grease cookie sheets. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. In microwavable bowl add sugar and corn syrup, microwave on high (command level-10) for 8 -11 minutes. mix. Cook for 4 more minutes. Stir in nuts and cook until light brown about 2 minutes. (Don't burn.) Add butter and vanilla to syrup, blending well. Microwave at high 1 to 2 minutes more. Peanuts will be lightly browned and syrup very hot. Add baking soda and gently stir until light and foamy. Pour mixture onto prepared cookie sheets. Let cool 1/2 to 1 hour. When cool break into small pieces and store in airtight container. Makes about 1 pound.
