This is not following anybody's recipe, I think of my own, so I only list out the ingredients but with no accurate measure of ingredients. Sorry about that, and hope this inspired you.

Roasted Chicken (If you are using whole chicken):
Ingredients: Chicken, Salt & Pepper, Paprika, Onions, Carrots, Potatoes/Sweet Potatoes and Butter(pieces).
1) Roughly cut onions, carrot, potatoes/sweet potatoes into chunks.
2) Rub the chicken with Paprika, salt and pepper.
3) Put the root vegetables (from (1)) on a baking tray.
4) Put the chicken on top of the root vegetables and put the butter on top of the chicken.
5) Roast in oven normally 325-350F(160-175C) for about 45minutes to 1 hour. (I'm not sure about this step, sorry)
6) Check whether the chicken is cooked, you don't want uncooked chicken as it contain salmonella which will harm our body.
7) There will be some fat and liquid left on the bottom of the baking tray, transfer it to a pan or sauce pot, turn on the heat, thicken it up by reducing it, pour over the chicken after sliced.

For the Spaghetti, I combine it with other ingredients you wanted which are tomatoes, cream, and mushrooms and it will be like tomato al fungi sauce.
Ingredients: Spaghetti, Cream, Tomatoes (cut into small pieces), Bacon/Ham (chopped), garlic (chopped), thyme/basil/rosemary, mushrooms (any, preferrable Portabello mushroom, shiitake mushroom) (cut into small pieces or just slice), water, salt and pepper.

1) Bring a pot of water to boil for cooking the spaghetti.
2) Once it boil, lower the heat, add a generous amount of salt to the water, add your spaghetti, turn the heat to medium-high or so, stir for the first 25 seconds or so. Let it continue cooking.
3) While cooking the spaghetti, heat up a pan, add the bacon (if ham is used, don't add it first), let it fry without oil until golden brown. There will be some fat left on the pan released from the bacon.
4) Take the bacon out and set aside, pour off the excess bacon fat and left only the amount needed for next step.
5) Add the mushrooms to the pan, saute it for awhile, add ham (if ham is used), sauted, add the tomatoes, saute, then add the chopped garlic. Add a little bit of water and put the herbs of your choice in, let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
6) Mind your spaghetti, check the doneness, if it's cooked to your desire doneness, strain off the water. Do not rinse the spaghetti and do not add oil to prevent sticking as it will make the sauce unabled to coat the spaghetti.
7) Open the lid, add the bacon, stir and add cream to thicken up the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Add the spaghetti into the sauce, stir it until the sauce coated all of the spaghetti.

Serve the spaghetti on a plate, top with slices of roasted chicken and serve with the roasted root vegetables.

Hope this help to inspire you. Good Eat... =)
