With that much feta, I would make a cheese pie! In Greece, a simple tiropita (cheese pie) is often made with little more than filo pastry, egg and feta. You can even skip the egg if you want. To make a cheese pie, oil a 23cm / 9in round baking dish or tin with olive oil. Lay a sheet of filo pastry in it, and brush with oil. Continue till you have 5 layers of filo, but don't brush the last layer.

Then, take your kilo of feta and mash till it's crumbled but still a little chunky. Add 1 or 2 eggs, black pepper, and stir to combine.

Take the feta mixture and add it to your baking tin, pouring it over the layers of filo. Cover with 5 more layers of filo, in the same way (brushing with olive oil). Then, finally, fold the edges under and press them down inside the tin, all the way around the pie.

Bake in a 190 C / 375 F oven till the filo is a lovely dark golden brown. Cut into slices after a few minutes and enjoy!

You can try a salad using feta cheese.
You add slices tomatoes, cucumber, maybe an onion, olives, dill.
The tomatoes leave enough juice to not need salad sauce.

You could do a sandwich with feta, green salad and a chicken or tuckey meat.

You could blend feta with cooked mushrooms and make a delicious cream.

Also, there are many cake recipies on the internet with feta.

greek salad seems the obvious choice for me, just add lettuce, cucumber, black olives, red onion and your Pretty much done!! i also like
saganaki- which is basically fried feta cheese, not healthy but WOW so delicious, and will use up a lot of ur feta!

That's quite a lot of feta. Make a big batch of spinach and feta triangles, then freeze some of them.
