Here's a few ideas off the top of my head:
-Brushed with BBQ sauce: baked, panfried, grilled or broiled
-Served up with a batch of grilled onions
-Sauteed with wedges of bell peppers
-Between two biscuit halves for a sandwich
-With biscuit dough wrapped around it and baked to create Pigs In a Blanket
-Sliced up can cooked up with Bushs Baked Beans
-Panfried Plain:
*with honey mustard dipping sauce on the side
*served with fried or mashed potatoes
*served on a bed of rice
*sliced & tossed with pasta, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper and crushed red pepper flakes
I'm a personal chef. I'm used to making something out of just about anything.
Get a crock pot on high. Poke two to three holes in each smoky. Put in crock-pot and add bbq/glaze/marinade. Serve when hot.
pour on the BBQ sauce, a tablespoon of yellow mustard and alot of grape jelley. Heat in a pot and eat with toothpicks.
