My dog keeps peeing in the house?!

Question: My dog keeps peeing in the house?
My dog is two years old and he's trained to pee outside. But for some reason he keeps peeing in this one spot in my family's house. So i was wondering if there was any spray or something that makes a dog not want to pee somewhere. It has to be safe for carpet.

Answers:

If you haven't cleaned that spot real well, he's peeing there because he smells the urine, and feels he needs to pee over it. Steam clean the carpet or get Bitter orange, which smells bad and tastes bad.

Maybe you need to take the four paw out more often.

My dogs do the same when I am too lazy at night to get out of bed. They then decide to teach me a lesson for not walking them out. And lo and behold a small wet patch on the carpet.
