Give me a recipe for a healthy smoothie!!!!?!

Ingredients:
two scoops of vanilla ice cream
half a cup of cream/milk
1 banana sliced
10 strawberries slice
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
1/2 cup ice
DIRECTIONS:
Mix everything in a blender for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Take out smoothie and pour in glass/cup. Drink.
Grab some of whatever fruit you love and a bit of juice, then stick it in the blender and blend until smooth. If it won't blend, add more juice bit at a time until it is as thin/thick as you like. Drink and enjoy.
Makers a really refreshing drink if you freeze some of the fruit first!
My usual recipe:
1-2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
Few handfuls of frozen fruit (usually blueberries, raspberries, mango and/or pineapple)
Bit of orange juice
Note on freezing fruit: cut it before you freeze it and freeze it on a tray, then put it in a bag when it is frozen; this stops the pieces from sticking together and being impossible to break apart :)
I use frozen fruit and apple juice and fresh bananas.....You can also add ice...Any fruit combo works..I buy blueberries and blackberries and raspberries and peaches...Apple juice work well for all of those...

Peanut butter & banana smoothie
-2 ice cubes
-1 banana
-1/2 cup milk
-a couple tbsp peanut butter
Berries,(all the berries) mango, carrot, wheatgrass, bananas, coconut and low fat vanilla ice-cream. Delicious!
