The healthiest and cheapest is oatmeal. It has no additives, is a whole grain and is filling. As for cold cereals, read the box label and choose the one with the least number of ingredients and preferably without sugar, i.e. Shredded Wheat is very good. If you want sweet flavor, add raisins or fruit.
Porridge would have to be the best as it is the most natural. It has no added preservatives. Uncle Toby's is the creamiest and best quality, our family loves it.
Another good one is weet-bix. All the others like cornflakes, coco-pops etc are full of salt and sugar.
