How Many Different Cheeses Do You Add To Your Mac And Cheese?!

Question: How Many Different Cheeses Do You Add To Your Mac And Cheese?
how do you make your home made mac and cheese at home. i always just add milk to the cooked noodles. then add three different cheeses. a few kraft singles, velveeta cheese, and some shredded colby jack cheese. and add salt and pepper. and this is soooo good. any one else have any other good ways of making mac and cheese. i'm always hoping and willing to try new dishes? thanks.

Okay, I'm weird, but I add canned tomato instead of milk or butter to my mac and cheese. Then put lots of American cheese in it. The tomato gives it a tangy, sweet taste and minimizes the fats.

I cheat and i but a big jar of Kraft cream cheese or cheese spread, add it to the cooked pasta with some butter and a little milk. My kids love it and always want seconds. You can also sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

I make it the same way you do only with mozzarella & pepperjack cheese. I also add just a little bit of mustard sometimes. It sounds weird, but it gives it a nice flavor.

i made mine w/ 3kinds of cheeses
cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella
there're always tons of recipes flowing on the internet :)

Kraft singles and Velveeta are not technically cheese.

I use extra-old cheddar and sprinkle a bit of parmesan on top.
