Ingredients
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cups cooked white rice, cold
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup cooked, chopped chicken meat
Directions
1.In a small bowl, beat egg with water. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add egg and leave flat for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and cut into shreds.
2.Heat oil in same skillet; add onion and saute until soft. Then add rice, soy sauce, pepper and chicken. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes, then stir in egg. Serve hot.

2 slices whole grain bread
2 teaspoons butter
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 thin slices deli ham
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
Directions
1.Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
2.Spread one side of each slice of bread with 1 teaspoon butter. Place one slice, butter-side down in the hot skillet. Top with Swiss cheese and ham. Spread the unbuttered side of the second slice of bread with mayonnaise and mustard; place it, butter-side up on top of the sandwich. Cook until the sandwich is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.

Shrimp Fra Diavolo with Vermicelli Recipe
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups canned crushed tomatoes in thick puree (one 16-ounce can)
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound medium uncooked shrimp, shelled
3/4 pound vermicelli
RECIPE METHOD
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-low heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds longer. Stir in the tomatoes, red-pepper flakes, water, parsley, and salt. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add the shrimp. Cover and cook just until the shrimp are pink, about 4 minutes.
Cook the vermicelli in a large pot of boiling salted water until just done, about 9 minutes. Drain the pasta and toss with the tomato sauce and shrimp.
VARIATIONS
Lobster Fra Diavolo with Vermicelli
If you're in a celebratory mood, lobster would taste great in place of the shrimp.
Vermicelli Fra Diavolo
The full-flavored sauce can stand on its own without the shrimp. Add a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
8 ounces dried fettuccine
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipping cream or milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Grated or finely shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan melt butter. Add cream, salt, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and boil gently for 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Drain pasta. Add pasta to hot sauce. Toss to combine. Transfer to warm serving dish. Serve immediately. If desired, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, Makes 4 servings
For starters cheesy nachos you will need tortilla chips salsa and grated cheese first put the chips in a dish and sprinkle cheese put it in the micro for 30 sec then add salsa on the top.you could also put jalapenos.hope you like it
