Hamburger patty recipe?!

Question: Hamburger patty recipe?
I'm doing a project for school where we have to create our own healthy version of an item on a fast food menu. I'm doing a cheeseburger but I need to create my own beef patty and all of the recipes I can find online are to make 6-10 patties. I need a recipe with the exact quantity of ingredients that I need to make just one patty, does anyone know one??

Just use a sprinkle of a few meat type spices. Garlic salt, minced onions, pepper, cumin and on and on. Very easy to do. You really wouldn't measure for just one patty.

One beef patty tends to run 1/4 to 1/3 pound (4 to 6 ounces) of ground beef (sirloin or chuck are typical). You can substitute some or all of the beef with ground turkey, ground lamb, ground ostrich, ground buffalo, etc, all of which have lower fat than ground beef.
