Where can I buy cheap baking and kitchen utensils and as well as ingredients in Metro Manila, Philippines?!

I am having a hard time searching for some baking and kitchen utensils and ingredients here in the metro. I tried visiting some of the sites like gourdo's and chocolate lovers but they don't have a list of what they are selling and as well as the price list.

Can anyone help me with this problem? Please? :)
