THE ULTIMATE FROSTED FUDGE CHOCOLATE M&M BROWNIE SUPER DELUXE
**************************************…

The Ultimate Frosted Fudge Chocolate M&M Brownie Super Deluxe is my absolute favorite brownie. It is tall like a cakey-brownie, but is dense like a fudgy-brownie. I'm sure it will be one of your favorite brownie recipes too.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:

* 8 - 1 ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate
* 1 cup butter
* 5 eggs
* 3 cups sugar
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
* 1-1/2 cups flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2-1/2 cups chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.

Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat; set aside. In a mixer, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes**. Blend in chocolate mixture, flour and salt until just mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan .

Bake for 35-40 minutes. (Don't overbake.) Cool and frost (recipie for frosting below) if desired, but that is not necessary.

** It's not required, but this is when it's very nice to own a stand mixer.

I have something different from you. You can try farmers' cheese pancakes. These taste a bit like cheesecake, but are not as fatty.
They are pretty easy to make, if you have the farmers' cheese. So, maybe you can try these next time:

Toad in a hole

6 slices bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
6 eggs
6 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions
Preheat a large skillet to a high heat. With a small biscuit cutter remove centers from bread. Butter slices on one side only. Grill bread until lightly toasted. Crack an egg into each bread hole (be careful not to break the yolk). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Lay 1 slice of cheese on each egg and then the bread rounds. Cook until eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
