does anyone have a recipe for chewy cookies like they sell in Millie's cookies?!

For chewy moist cookies/biscuits you use vegetable shortening or margarine in them I use brown sugar as appose to caster/white sugar and butter which tends to make a crunchier and hard textured cookie, a mix of fats and sugar will do the same with a slight crunch to the outside of the cookies.
