None,if your making a home made sauce. That is the benefit of home made food, though admitted some ingredients like canned tomatoes or hot sauce might a small amount of preservatives. If you mean prepared jarred, canned or frozen sauces, there is no way to tell since there is no requirement to list the percentage of preservatives on the package. You might try contacting the manufacturer, but they might not know either.
