Delia Smith wrote an excellent book 'One is Fun' - you'd probably find it at Amazon or eBay I would think.

Hope that helps

Buy one that covers all of the basics and use as your handbook. Most of the well known chefs books assume you already know a great deal about cooking already.

Buy one that has all of the measurements in what you know about. There is no use buying a book with all of the measurement in the American system with products you can't get, and names of things you have never heard of etc
The same would apply if you were an American and all of the measurements were in metrics, or Imperial.

Well, I will just give you the most complete Cookbook And Nutrition Guide For Bodybuilding & Fitness on the market with over 200 'Anabolicious' Recipes, You will never be bored with your diet again. The MuscleCook Dave Ruel will show you how to cook tasty meals in no time! You can try it. Good luck!
