What is the name of this sauce/mixture?!


Question: What is the name of this sauce/mixture?
I know that 3 (or more or less) parts oil to 1 part vinegar is the typical ratio for a vinaigrette but what is it called when it is reversed to 3 parts vinegar to 1 part oil? I used to work in a restaurant and it had a name but I cannot remember it or find it on an internet search. Anyone know?
