Goat meat is very tasty and when cooked for long periods of time is juicy and tender. Most of the people from the west indies will tell you that a combination of curry powder, cumin powder, thyme and fresh minced garlic and onion will give your baby goats the taste they need to move the crowd. Rub it all over the meat and let it sit in ice box over night. braise it and then finish cooking in the oven. Depending on how many pounds cook for an half an hour per pound. Remember to braise i.e. brown the meat on top of stove in a little olive oil first to seal in those spices. Dont forget to save me some!

You tube and type in curry goat. It will show you different ways to prepare but the spices are mostly the same.
