question about baking cookies, I'm in a pinch here!?!
hola, I am in Costa Rica and I'm making chocloate chip cookies. I mistook brown sugar for a type of sugar they sell here called, Dolce T .... can I use it in replace of the brown sugar?

Any sugar will do. Brown is suggested as it gives the cookies a darker colour but will taste just as good with white, light brown or dark brown sugar.

all recipes are are guidelines but before the recipe was created someone was mixing things seeing if it tastes well together..... try it out and see but personally i think that you should be fine!
