How to cook a 7 pound turkey breast in a crock pot?!

Question: How to cook a 7 pound turkey breast in a crock pot?
I've never tried it before with a turkey breast, many times with chicken though. I've cooked an entire turkey in the oven but this is new territory with the crock pot.

Should I season it?
Should I add chicken broth?
Should I add veggies?
How long should it be cooked in the crock pot?

If anyone has done this before I would much appreciate the help.
Thanks!

Need to get the instructions for the crock pot. Some of them allow you to cook things with a dry method and some of them use the braising method where the meat is partially submerged in liquid.

One recipe I found in Company's Coming cookbook said to scatter sliced apples( 2 apples) on the bottom of the slow cooker and 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce too. Lay the Turkey breast on top of the apple/cranberry layer and bake on LOW covered for 8 - 9 hours or on HIGH covered for 4 - 4.5 hours - that was for a 2 lbs turkey breast roast. They also said to brush the breast with liquid gravy browner. It sounds like a tasty recipe. I wouldn't worry about the liquid browner.

OR for a turkey type of stew/braise that will leave you with a cooked breast and turkey stock that you can use for gravy as well as for turkey pie or turkey tetrazzini.:

I would dice up an onion, 2 stalks of celery and 2 carrots and add a bay leaf, 12 pepper corns, a few sprigs of rosemary, sage, marjoram and thyme or 1 Tablespoon of Poultry Seasoning or 1 teaspoon of each herb to the pot. Add cold water to cover the veggies. Cook on Low for 8 - 9 hours or on High for 4 hours. check the turkey breast with a thermometer to make sure it has reached 74oC or 165oF to make sure it is thoroughly cooked. when the breast is done, pull out the peppercorns and bay leaf and puree the veggies and stock and make a gravy with them. (you can put the peppercorns, herb twigs and bay leaf in a cheesecloth bag and add them to the pot and then you can discard them quite easily when the turkey has finished cooking. Or tie the sprigs of rosemary, sage, thyme and marjoram with a string - a bouquet garni - and then remove them when ready to make gravy.

season it add broth cook for a whole day from like breakfast to when you eat it at diner. Add vegies near the end. At least thats how i think my mom does it.
