Question: Where online or in store I could buy nickel free stainless steel cookware ?
I live in NJ and looking to buy nickel free (18/0) stainless steel cookware.
I used to buy it on website that does not exist anymore...

Actually, there is nickel in all stainless steel. When you see that 18/10 or 18/8 on stainless pans, the second number is the nickel part of the ratio.

So you have three options.
a) look for 18/0 stainless steel cookware or
b) hard anodized is a form of aluminum and is usually coated with nonstick and should have no nickel.
c) buy a set of enamel coated cast iron. I love these. Cast iron heats beautifully and evenly and they are coated with a lead free enamel. gourmet sets of these will run you $700 or more, but i have purchased pieces from QVC.com and HSN.com and seen sets for as low as $150 that were similar.
