What's the name of the spicy fresh green sauce served with Nacho chips in a Mexican restaurant in America?!
Answers:
Well it could've been 2 things. If is was kinda thick and chunky it was guacamole (made with veggies and smashed avocados). If it was a salsa type like runny it was probably Salsa Verde (green chile salsa). Or even better it could've been Aguacatesalsa. There is a restaurant that serve that here in my home town. OK here is the recipe.
You'll need:
1 Lg ripe avacado
1 cup of fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves
1 can of green tomatillos (drained)
2 fresh jalapenos peppers
So you boil the peppers until tender. Meanwhile, in a blender add peeled avacado, cilantro, garlic and tomatillos. When the peppers are ready put them in the blender as well with a pinch of salt. Blend away with the liquidied setting. And presto the best salsa your taste buds will ever have. Note: Add more peppers if you want it HOTTER! Good Luck and I hope you try it.
Please let me know if you want the recipes for the other two salsas I mentioned above.

Guacamole. It's made from avocados. You should be able to search about dozen recipes in the time it would take me to copy one back here. Good luck!
